We are you. We are designers, web geeks, artists and analysts with a simple goal: to curate the latest fashion nail polish colors and provide them at an affordable price to our customers.

Is SquareHue sustainable?

Beyond using recycled materials to prepare and package our products, Square Hue makes an effort to minimize waste wherever we can. Our monthly model allows us to have a highly controlled inventory which saves materials and results in less waste. We are constantly striving to improve the sustainability of our daily operations and business practices.

How can you offer high quality products so affordably?

Because our team manages everything – from design, to manufacturing, to retail – we have cut out those greedy middlemen to bring you the highest quality nail polish at an affordable price.

Where do you design and produce your nail polish?

Every month, our Miami based curators source colors based on the preferences of latest fashion trends.

Can I order nail polish colors from previous months?


We produce limited quantities of the freshest monthly colors. For the time being, each collection will only be available for one month, until the next collection launches. But from time to time we may have an overstock or sample sale. So keep checking back.

Can I see the colors before they ship?


SquareHue does not issue color previews. We work to offer our subscribers the latest trends in nail polish colors so that they can always stay up-to-date and fashionable. Our goal is to build a relationship with our subscribers where they will trust our color choices and ultimately be encouraged to try polish colors that they would never choose themselves.
As such, we do not speculate around any future product releases, directly comment on such speculation, nor discuss any products until they are finally released.

Joining Square Hue gives you easy access to affordable and stylish new nail polish colors every month. No more standing in front of a display at your local store to randomly decide what color to choose.

By joining you are committing to a monthly service.

When and how will I be charged?


Purchases made through the online store will be instantly charged to your credit card. All charges and prices indicated on Square Hue are in USD. We will then charge your credit card on a recurring monthly basis.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Square Hue accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club. We do not accept personal checks, money orders. If you feel strongly about any of these methods of payment, shoot us a note and we’ll try to make it happen in the near future.

Can I return my order?

Absolutely. If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of your SquareHue purchase, or if you believe you’ve received a defective item, you can return it for a full refund excluding shipping charges. The full Collection box (including three polishes) must be returned in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt and must have a Return Authorization number. Please contact us at memberservices@squarehue.com and include your name and order number for return instructions.

What is the monthly billing cycle?

Once you become a member you are charged for the following month’s shipment – e.g. if ordering in November, you are paying to receive December colors. On the following month and each month thereafter, you will receive an invoice on your subscription date reflecting the following month’s order. Orders are shipped in the first week of each month.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you wish to leave, you can do so at any time by logging in to your account dashboard and selecting the cancel option under your subscription status. Once canceled, you will no longer be charged for future renewals. You may also opt to suspend (pause) your account at any time – the difference is that you’d still have access to your account and keep your current membership price, and can opt to re-activate your account any month you wish. You may also cancel or pause it by e-mailing memberservices@squarehue.com. We would be grateful for any feedback or details you can share about why you decided to cancel your membership.

I canceled my membership but still received a box. How did that happen?

If you canceled but still received a box it is because you canceled after your subscription renewal date.

THE SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

Square Hue ships USPS First Class Mail. Currently we ship to all 50 US States and Canada. Shipping is $5 for US destinations and $9 for Canada. If you wish to inquire about shipping to other international destinations, please email us at memberservices@squarehue.com.

When can I expect my order to arrive?


Shipping times vary between 3-7 business days. Orders are always shipped in the first week of each month. Keep in mind that memberships placed after the first of the month will receive their shipment on the following month.
