SquareHue does not issue color previews. We work to offer our subscribers the latest trends in nail polish colors so that they can always stay up-to-date and fashionable. Our goal is to build a relationship with our subscribers where they will trust our color choices and ultimately be encouraged to try polish colors that they would never choose themselves.
As such, we do not speculate around any future product releases, directly comment on such speculation, nor discuss any products until they are finally released.

Purchases made through the online store will be instantly charged to your credit card. All charges and prices indicated on Square Hue are in USD. We will then charge your credit card on a recurring monthly basis.
Square Hue accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club. We do not accept personal checks, money orders. If you feel strongly about any of these methods of payment, shoot us a note and we’ll try to make it happen in the near future.
Absolutely. If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of your SquareHue purchase, or if you believe you’ve received a defective item, you can return it for a full refund excluding shipping charges. The full Collection box (including three polishes) must be returned in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt and must have a Return Authorization number. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name and order number for return instructions.
Once you become a member you are charged for the following month’s shipment – e.g. if ordering in November, you are paying to receive December colors. On the following month and each month thereafter, you will receive an invoice on your subscription date reflecting the following month’s order. Orders are shipped in the first week of each month.
If you wish to leave, you can do so at any time by logging in to your account dashboard and selecting the cancel option under your subscription status. Once canceled, you will no longer be charged for future renewals. You may also opt to suspend (pause) your account at any time – the difference is that you’d still have access to your account and keep your current membership price, and can opt to re-activate your account any month you wish. You may also cancel or pause it by e-mailing email@example.com. We would be grateful for any feedback or details you can share about why you decided to cancel your membership.
If you canceled but still received a box it is because you canceled after your subscription renewal date.
Square Hue ships USPS First Class Mail. Currently we ship to all 50 US States and Canada. Shipping is $5 for US destinations and $9 for Canada. If you wish to inquire about shipping to other international destinations, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping times vary between 3-7 business days. Orders are always shipped in the first week of each month. Keep in mind that memberships placed after the first of the month will receive their shipment on the following month.
