We are you. We are designers, web geeks, artists and analysts with a simple goal: to curate the latest fashion nail polish colors and provide them at an affordable price to our customers.
SquareHue is a membership online store only.

For your initial subscription order, all three curated colors will be announced and viewable. Not only that but we will also be combining the colors as 2 bottle combinations so you can pick your favorites from the bunch.

For your renewal orders, you will receive a preview email with the four product options on the 1st of the month. You will have seven days, or until the date of your renewal that month, to switch between products before your product auto-renews. All you would have to do is login to your account and switch to the product of your choice. 

If you wish to keep the same product, there is no need to do anything, the product you chose when you subscribed will renew automatically.

Every month, our Miami based curators source colors based on the preferences of latest fashion trends.
We produce limited quantities of the monthly colors. We do, however, keep a small number of collection boxes for refunds, exchanges, replacements, etc. After 3 months of the release of a collection we will place this small quantity for sale in our shop. Keep checking back or email us a helpdesk@squarehue.com if you have any questions on previous collection sets.
Joining SquareHue gives you easy access to affordable and stylish new nail polish colors every month. No more standing in front of a display at your local store to randomly decide what color to choose.
By joining you are committing to a monthly service. SquareHue is committed to making your experience as hassle free as possible so we've made canceling and placing your subscription on-hold very easy...much too easy. ;) Simply log into your "My Account" and click on the "Cancel" or "Suspend" (ON Hold) buttons....now that was easy.
Purchases made through the online store will be instantly charged to your credit card. All charges and prices indicated on SquareHue are in USD. All subscriptions started between the 1st - 7th of the month will auto-renew on the 8th. Subscriptions after the 8th will auto renew on the subscribe date. , i.e. if you subscribed on the 15th of the month you will be charged on the 15th of each month as long as you remain an active subscriber.
SquareHue accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club. We do not accept personal checks, money orders. If you feel strongly about any of these methods of payment, shoot us a note and we’ll try to make it happen in the near future.
Once you become a member you are charged for the following month's shipment - e.g. if ordering in November, you are paying to receive December colors. On the following month and each month thereafter, you will receive an invoice on your subscription date reflecting the following month's order, i.e. if you subscribed on the 15th of the month you will be charged on the 15th of each month as long as you remain an active subscriber. Orders are shipped in the first week of each month.
If you wish to cancel, you can easily do so at any time by logging in to your account dashboard and selecting the cancel option under your subscription status. Once canceled, you will no longer be charged for future renewals. You may also opt to suspend (pause) your account at any time - the difference is that you'd still have access to your account and keep your current membership price, and can opt to re-activate your account any month you wish. You may also cancel or pause your account by e-mailing helpdesk@squarehue.com. We would be grateful for any feedback or details you can share about why you decided to cancel your membership. 
I canceled my membership but still received a box. How did that happen? If you canceled but still received a box it is possible that you canceled after your subscription renewal date. If that is not the case please email us at helpdesk@squarehue.com.
SquareHue ships USPS First Class Mail. Currently we ship to all 50 US States and Canada. Shipping is complimentary within the US and $10 for Canadian destinations. If you wish to inquire about shipping to other international destinations, please email us at helpdesk@squarehue.com.
USPS Shipping times vary between 3-10 business days for US Destinations and 7-15 business days for Canadian destinations. Orders are always shipped in the first week of each month. Keep in mind that memberships placed after the first of the month will receive their shipment on the following month.
Absolutely. If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of your SquareHue purchase, or if you believe you've received a defective item, you can return the item and we will issue a refund after subtracting the $5 restocking fee. The full order must be returned in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt and must have a Return Authorization code. Please contact us at helpdesk@squarehue.com and include your name and order number for return instructions.
