Refund Policy

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of your SquareHue purchase, or if you believe you've received a defective item, you can return it for a refund after subtructing the $5 restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and your request must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us at helpdesk@squarehue.com and include your name and order number for return instructions. 

Gift cards are non-returnable items.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within two business days.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at helpdesk@squarehue.com and send your item to: 18495 South Dixie Hwy Suite 114 Miami Florida US 33157.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to a third party other than the billing address, SquareHue cannot offer a refund.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In most US states, keeping the product in its original packing and instructing your mailman to "return to sender" should work.
